Behavioural Boost

This training offers a unique opportunity to strengthen behavioural insight and communication skills through challenging, distinctive assignments that take participants out of their comfort zone. Through practical, team based exercises, natural behaviour and leadership skills are revealed and further developed. Participants learn about effective teamwork, strategic communication, decision making and maintaining situational awareness under pressure. Each assignment is designed to train essential business skills in an inspiring, action oriented setting.
