The Briefing
KPN wanted to further strengthen collaboration and feedback culture. The focus was on increasing insight into personal behaviour and fostering greater mutual understanding, enabling teams to work together even more closely and effectively on the work floor.
The impact
Participants gained valuable insights into how the brain works and discovered how unconscious processes influence decision making. This increased awareness and strengthened collaboration. As a result, participants left with concrete, immediately applicable tools, leading to greater effectiveness and unity within the teams.

The Boost Approach
To give all participants insight into how the brain works, we first did a Boost Your Brain session, focused on influencing behaviour and understanding how unconscious processes drive choices in decision making. This was followed by a Behavioural Boost, in which participants learned to develop this behavioural influence themselves and apply it to realistic scenarios.
