The Briefing

L’Oréal was in a phase of transformation, with new roles, departments and ways of working. The organisation faced the challenge of connecting teams even more strongly and guiding employees towards a mindset in which change is a constant factor. The goal was to create a mindset of continuous development and flexible adaptation to new circumstances, while strengthening collaboration and unity across teams.

The impact

Participants experienced in an energetic way how essential connection and flexibility are in an environment that is constantly in motion. The programme fostered greater trust and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities, regardless of job title or reward. Participants left inspired, with concrete insights to become stronger and more agile together in the future.

The Boost approach

The session consisted of an inspiring keynote, followed by a Behavioural Boost session in which participants actively worked on behavioural awareness and collaboration. It concluded with the interactive Mission Pilot Down, where participants learned in a playful yet challenging way how collaboration and flexibility directly lead to success.
