The Leadership Community was looking for a program that would give leaders the opportunity to further develop themselves and gain new perspectives on their own behaviour.

De Boost-aanpak

De dag stond in het teken van een Workshop Behavioural Awareness. Door middel van praktische opdrachten en interactieve oefeningen werden deelnemers gestimuleerd om gedragspatronen te herkennen, nieuwe perspectieven te verkennen en hun persoonlijke effectiviteit te vergroten
