The Briefing
The training focused on further strengthening collaboration and communication between physicians and managers. The emphasis was on developing an even stronger culture of collaboration, encouraging open dialogue and increasing attention to speak up behaviour and active listening.
The impact
Participants engaged in open dialogue and jointly shaped a shared, future focused perspective. This created more space to share and acknowledge underlying needs, allowing everyone to feel heard. As a result, there was a stronger awareness of the importance of further exploring colleagues’ perspectives and experiences, leading to a continued strengthening of the culture of collaboration.

De Boost approach
The approach consisted of an inspiring keynote, followed by a Behavioural Boost session in which participants worked hands on with collaboration and communication. The day concluded with a reflection moment, where insights were shared and directly translated into daily practice.
